Rebar should already set the exit code to 1 when it errors out. If you find
a case where this is not true, please let me know.
I still don't have a good answer on the other issue. My sinking suspicion is
that I'd have to revisit the core of rebar to fix this. Given my own lack of
energy these days and the fact that it _generally_ does the right thing,
it's not high on my priority list, I'm afraid.
I realize it's inconvenient/needs some work -- but is this a blocker for
