Yes, if you want them to get upgraded as well. If you're dependencies versions don't change from release to release you should be fine, if they do you'll want to either create appups or pin them to a specific version. That said my next objective is to automatically generate appups for you, hopefully I will have time to work on that soon, I wanted to get the basic upgrade case merged in first.
