This is a rebar bug.
reltool lib_dir, ["../.."]
Directory match bug; looks like maybe it's only looking at the first 'n'
chars so foo_old or foo2_old will match against foo.
Create an application, say, /opt/foo. Compile it, generate it, run it etc.
Copy the application as a backup, "cp -r foo foo_old"
Go into /opt/foo, run it...still okay.
Rebuild /opt/foo now that foo_old exists. Compiles/generates okay but it
will crash out every time with bad_return, undef on the start/0.
Rename directory foo_old to foo2_old, rebuild okay...still crashes.
Rename directory foo2_old to bar
Rebuild /opt/foo, run it, works.
Note: no source contents of either directory changed at any time except from
