erlang error after riak startup on 2.1 GB dataset load

Thanks team for your valuable comments. I am  having  enough memory and FYIP:  I am  able to proceed fine even now with 1.8 GB (35 million data) ..only for 40million(2.1GB) I am getting escript: exception error: no match of right hand side value {error,enomem} error. Is riak restricted to > 2 GB.please correct mne if werong in taking it forward. Riak is also starting fine ..iam able to get all the process running at ps -ef | grep riak.
