I have installed a new copy of RIAK-CS in a docker container using the process documented in https://github.com/hectcastro/docker-riak-cs
Everything appears to be running ok, but I am unable to create a bucket using s3cmd:
 S3cmd mb s3://rlz
Sending request method_string='PUT', uri='http://rlz.s3.amazonaws.com/', headers={'x-amz-content-sha256': 'e3b0c44298fc1c149afbf4c8996fb92427ae41e4649b934ca495991b7852b855', 'Authorization': 'AWS4-HMAC-SHA256 Credential=NIDYVXTNXWRKPOMCT-NV/20150109/US/s3/aws4_request,SignedHeaders=host;x-amz-content-sha256;x-amz-date,Signature=9a92c46063ce87e5629e6e474a1d7a01f1ff1ce834b2685d8c03af2581158cbe', 'x-amz-date': '20150109T214025Z'}, body=(0 bytes) Response: {'status': 403, 'headers': {'date': 'Fri, 09 Jan 2015 21:27:19 GMT', 'content-length': '158', 'content-type': 'application/xml', 'server': 'Riak CS'}, 'reason': 'Forbidden', 'data': '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><Resource>/rlz</Resource><RequestId></RequestId></Error>'}
I am able to get a valid response from a ls:
S3cmd ls

Sending request method_string='GET', uri='http://s3.amazonaws.com/', headers={'Authorization': 'AWS NIDYVXTNXWRKPOMCT-NV:JGOdIRHUGqNE86wszFiXVRyL1Nk=', 'x-amz-date': 'Fri, 09 Jan 2015 21:54:19 +0000'}, body=(0 bytes)
Response: {'status': 200, 'headers': {'date': 'Fri, 09 Jan 2015 21:54:18 GMT', 'content-length': '265', 'content-type': 'application/xml', 'server': 'Riak CS'}, 'reason': 'OK', 'data': '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><ListAllMyBucketsResult xmlns="http://s3.amazonaws.com/doc/2006-03-01/"><Owner><ID>97d7fca337f7c791c2d170a46bd580c579501da54b65f544a3dca27b0dd94d61</ID><DisplayName>admin</DisplayName></Owner><Buckets/></ListAllMyBucketsResult>'}
