Where to place merge_window using multi-backend in app.config?

Hi Ricardo,

You want to put it it the top-level of your app.config file, in the bitcask
section:

 {bitcask,
     [{io_mode,erlang},
      {merge_window,...},
      ...,
      ...
      ]},
